If you can't set up your allotment online, you can call your payroll administrator and have them assist you in setting it up. You’ll find the name and contact information of your payroll administrator on the SnoopDrive.com "Set up your allotment" page in your SnoopDrive customer portal.
They should provide you with a printout and/or an email confirming that the allotment was started. You can send us that document or forward the email to confirm@snoopdrive.com. In the rare event that the payroll administrator is unable to provide your confirmation, you can have them complete the Confirmation of Manual Allotment Activation form instead.
